We consider our customers to be business partners and commit to developing a thorough understanding of their business. We encourage customers to take advantage of our in-house clinical, technical and commercial expertise, in order to achieve the best from our products.

Together we develop a thorough understanding of each other’s products, services technical requirements and development timescales. Through regular meetings and communications we develop account plans with our customers. Account reviews are scheduled to discuss account plans and identify potential product development, joint marketing or new business development opportunities.

We are available to attend and contribute to sales presentations given by our customers in order to highlight the benefits of First Databank's products and demonstrate the functionality which can be provided within a customer's system.
